Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent; BSME acceptable if work experience reflects process engineering practices.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in the architectural/engineering (A/E) industry, particularly in specialty chemicals, heavy industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
• Familiarity with project delivery stage gate execution approach.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with experience using coordination tools such as NavisWorks.
• Ability to travel and work onsite with customers as required.
• Effective communication skills with a strong emphasis on teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design process systems from simple to complex.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive process design deliverables including hydraulic calculations and P&IDs.
• Support engineering work across multiple office locations.
• Direct project workflow to ensure timely project completion.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope changes and develop contingency plans with project leadership.
• Participate in construction services, including site observations and responses to RFIs.
