About the RoleThe GTM Packaging Manager, reporting into Sr Director, GTM Packaging, is responsible for spearheading the operationalization of Workday's GTM Packaging strategy in conjunction with key x-functional leaders (GTM, revops, services, business technology, marketing/comms, change mgmt, etc) optimizing process and ensuring seamless execution across the organization.
In this role, you will work on projects and be immersed in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and develop synthesized recommendations. You will also communicate the recommendations to executives, help drive implementation, and check back-in to see the impact of recommendations.
Key responsibilities include: - Work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into operational plans and initiatives.
- Develop frameworks for implementing and monitoring key packaging strategy and offerings, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement standardized processes / best practices to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Develop reporting mechanisms to track progress against strategic packaging goals. Analyze data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and initiatives. Develop communication plans, training materials, and support resources to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption.

About YouBasic Qualifications (Required)- Senior GTM Packaging Manager- Minimum of 7+ years' experience in Revenue operations, Business operations or Sales Strategy within a technology organization
- Minimum 5+ years' experience building GTM analyses and models (e.g. capacity, pipeline, segment performance, etc ) that directly informed decisions adopted by sales leadership
- Minimum 1+ years of experience applying Claude or similar AI Tools to GTM strategy and operations work (eg. analysis, modeling, and research)
Basic Qualifications (Required)- Principal GTM Packaging Manager- Minimum 10+ years' experience in Revenue Operations/Business operations within a technology organization
- Minimum 5+ years' experience building GTM analyses and models (e.g. capacity, pipeline, segment performance, etc ) that directly informed decisions adopted by sales leadership
- Minimum 1+ years of experience applying Claude or similar AI Tools to GTM strategy and operations work (eg. analysis, modeling, and research) and team workflows.
Other Qualifications- Passionate about operational excellence and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience with Workday's products and solutions, including current product packaging, pricing and deployments a plus
Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
