Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with 12 years of relevant experience in the defense industry.
• Extensive experience (12 years) in pricing strategy development for GSA, T&M, CPFF, CPAF, and FFP contracts; thorough knowledge of FAR required.
• 12 years of experience with RFP pricing strategies for federal contractors.
• Familiarity with independent contract types including CPFF, T&M, FPLOE, and FFP over a span of 12 years.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, with a self-assessed competence level of 4/5.
• Preferred experience in IDIQ/BPA contracts such as R53, Express, Oasis, and GSA.
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive pricing volumes, ensuring accurate buildup descriptions and required Excel formats for proposals.
• Coordinate and compile necessary data from various internal and external stakeholders including subcontractors and vendors.
• Validate the accuracy of data while ensuring compliance with FAR cost elements and identify financial risks in pricing strategy.
• Provide contracting expertise to enhance proposal pricing methodologies.
• Ensure compliance of proposals with solicitation requirements, internal policies, and legal regulations.
• Submit cost proposals per company and government audit standards, assuring conformity with solicitation requirements.
• Prepare necessary Representations & Certifications and support management briefings for bid decision-making.
