Job Description

The data-oriented contractor shall provide advice and support to the agency senior staff, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), DIEM management, and stakeholders across the DIE for approaches to identify, gain insight into DIEM investments, and gain oversight through programmatic realignments and other strategies.

A knowledgeable analyst, who conducts requirements gathering, project analysis, and is passionate about working in a successful setting. Uses specialized expertise when performing business analysis tasks such as forecasting, project facilitation and enhancing company processes and capabilities with proven skills using Agile Scrum and other project management tools and frameworks to implement changes (internal and external) for companies. Professional with a proven track record of developing and executing business solutions as well as researching systems and practices aimed to help organizations innovate.

Job Requirements

Perform functions that assist the government in management of the Finance and Acquisition functional portfolio, investment management and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process, and strategic planning and coordination with external stakeholders.

Assist the government in establishing goals and targets, monitoring performance, and reporting against acquisition plan and program management performance criteria.

Support on-site quality control, review and approval of working papers and findings and adherence to applicable standards, laws, policy, and regulations.

Participate in teams for complex work streams with regular interaction with Financial Management & Comptroller and Government clients.

Apply technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions.

Apply experience supporting change management, strategic communications, business process reengineering, or financial management systems implementation initiatives to the Federal Government.
