Your Opportunity at ARC'TERYX:

As a Senior Planner, Supply Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) you are responsible for driving end-to-end execution alignment within the tactical planning horizon, ensuring supply, demand, and inventory decisions translate into actionable outcomes. You play a critical role in bridging planning and execution, coordinating across global and regional partners to manager risk, optimize outcomes, and enable informed decision making. You will act as a subject matter expert within tactical planning, partnering with cross-functional teams to assess risks, align on mitigation strategies, and improve planning outcomes. Your analytical expertise will help connect supply impacts to business performance and recommended solutions. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen processes, build relationships, and develop advanced problem-solving capabilities through hands-on experience.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

  • Owning the Supply inputs to S&OE in Operational planning horizon
  • Connecting in with Hong Kong Office T1/T2 Production teams, and translating production impact back to business teams
  • Leading communication of impacts of production changes back to cross-functional planning teams and coordinates production prioritization
  • Escalating post-buy issues to Inventory Planners (Global and Regional) with alternatives/recommendations and trade-offs/implications (e.g., financial, service level, sustainability, worker well-being, etc.), facilitating resolution when needed
  • Rolling up production planning updates for regional communication
  • Overseeing delivery of global supply into regions, working across all levels to help drive alignment and action
  • Partnering and collaborating with Global & Regional Merch & Demand Planning teams to adjust plans for changes in production or transit
  • Coordinating data analysis and actions in the case of supply disruptions (Quality, Compliance, Global, etc)
  • Analyzing and conveying Supplier Delivery Performance & On Time to provide actionable insights and learnings
  • Troubleshooting, auditing, and resolving complex issues in scenarios with ambiguity and uncertainty

Are you our next Senior Planner, Supply Sales & Operations Execution?

  • You have 5-8 years experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or relevant supply chain role
  • You have expert knowledge of concepts within T1/T2 Supply Planning & production processes and general supply chain flow
  • You have detailed knowledge of factory production planning and process, production management, and supply chain nodes
  • You have ability to build relationships at all levels both internally and externally and leverage those relationship to drive alignment and action
  • You have a strong data analysis background, with experience using o9, Excel, Power BI
  • You have solid knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP/ Planning systems and order management processes
  • You are self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as a strong team player collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • You may have Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS) desirable
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated analytical capabilities and business savvy: with a focus on detail accuracy and a strong aim to improve existing process and systems
  • You have advanced analytical skills to investigate, troubleshoot, audit and/or resolve complex issues in scenarios with uncertainty and ambiguity
  • You have strong time management skills; work well with deadlines and under pressure, and have an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a people-facing role.
  • You have experience with o9 or a similar advanced planning system
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is CAD$ 94,000 - CAD$124,000
