The PerformanceConsultant is a senior individual contributor and subject matter expert within Riverbed Professional Services, focused on deliveringAternitybasedDigital Experience (DEX) solutions in SaaS environments.
This role supports enterprise and US secured customers by leading complex DEX deployments, SaaS operations,andon 6premto SaaS transitions. The consultant acts as a trusted technical and advisory partner, ensuring customers successfully adoptAternitySaaS whilemaintainingperformance visibility, security requirements, and operational continuity.
This is not apeople 6managementorpractice 6leadrole. The focus is on deep technicalexpertise, customer advisory, and successful outcomes across DEX and SaaS engagements.
Candidates must therefore have a strong IT background in DEX concepts and of working within a professional services organization. Ideally this experience will have been gained inManaged Servicestype scenarios or similar.
What you will do
Act as a senior technical SME forAternityDigital Experience solutions across SaaS and hybrid environments.
Lead complexAternityengagements including EUE deployments, advanced dashboards, alerting, andcross 6domainanalysis.
Design andvalidateenterprise 6scaleAternityarchitectures aligned to customer goals and operating models.
Resolvehigh 6complexityissues requiring deepEUEplatform, performance, andexperience 6analyticsexpertise.
Champion the business value ofRiverbed solutionsthrough visibility, and business outcomes.
Analyze customer ITorganizations, requirements, and processes to drive adoption andutilizationof Riverbed solutions and maximize ROI and business value.
DeliverAternityprimarily in SaaSoperatingmodels, ensuring stability, scalability, and operational readiness.
Guide customers on DEX operating models, SaaS best practices, andlong 6termadoption strategies.
Translate business and ITobjectivesinto measurable experience and productivity outcomes.
Own transition planning from a DEX and platform perspective, including architecture, sequencing, risks, and dependencies.Ability to engage credibly with senior customer stakeholders.
Lead orsupporton 6premto SaaS transitions forAternitycustomers, particularly in regulated orsecuredenvironments.
Partner with security, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure transitions are completed smoothly and securely.
Lead customer workshops covering DEX strategy, SaaS architecture, migration readiness, and success criteria.
What makes you an ideal candidate
Based locally in the US, with active TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelors or mastersdegree in computer scienceor equivalent professional experience
10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or advanced technicaladvisory roles.
Technical problem-solving & troubleshooting skills withdemonstratedability to learn quickly
Excellent speaking, businesswritingand presentation skills.
Ability to communicate& presenteffectively at all levels up to senior management & C-Suite, with technical and non-technical audiences.
Deep,hands 6onexperience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX), application experience, and observability.
Experience delivering solutions in SaaS environments, including adoption and operationalization.
Prior involvement inon 6premto SaaS transitions or hybrid migrations.
