Full Job Description
Your main goal will be to build and scale n8n's Service Partner ecosystem across the region, creating a strong network of consulting firms and systems integrators that drives partner-sourced pipeline, revenue growth, and customer success.

You'll own the development of high-impact, long-term relationships with regional partners, helping them build successful service offerings around n8n and supporting our growth across the West Coast.

Here's how you'll make that happen:

Acquire and qualify high-potential partners
  • Build a strong understanding of the regional partner landscape and prioritize firms aligned with our go-to-market strategy.
  • Assess partner-market fit, technical capabilities, customer reach, and commercial potential.
  • Recruit partners motivated to build and scale dedicated automation and AI service offerings around n8n.
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations, from founders and practice leads to sales and delivery teams.

Enable, support, and scale partnerships
  • Design and deliver onboarding, enablement, and certification programs that help partners become commercially and technically successful.
  • Support partners in building internal n8n expertise, service packages, and repeatable implementation capabilities.
  • Create reusable resources, including playbooks, toolkits, templates, and best practices, to scale partner operations.
  • Drive partner education across technical, sales, and go-to-market tracks.
  • Help partners move from initial onboarding to active pipeline generation and customer delivery.

Drive pipeline and co-selling success
  • Build, track, and grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across the region.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to identify and activate opportunities.
  • Develop joint account plans and co-selling motions for strategic customers and prospects.
  • Co-own joint business plans with priority partners and ensure they deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Maintain clear visibility into partner performance, pipeline progression, and revenue contribution.

Activate regional go-to-market initiatives
  • Plan and execute joint campaigns, webinars, events, and regional initiatives with partners.
  • Build strong relationships with local sales and field teams to ensure partners are embedded within regional go-to-market activity.
  • Represent n8n at relevant partner, industry, and technology events across the region.
  • Keep the partner ecosystem engaged through regular communication, updates, and community initiatives.

Champion partner feedback and continuous improvement
  • Act as the voice of partners internally, sharing insights that shape future programs, incentives, and product priorities.
  • Identify regional challenges and opportunities, and translate them into scalable improvements.
  • Use partner and performance data to improve the partner experience and increase operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the evolution of n8n's global partner program based on regional learnings.
  • Help define what excellent SI partnerships look like as n8n continues to scale.

Requirements

Must-haves
  • SaaS partnership experience: You have 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, alliances, or sales within fast-scaling SaaS or technology companies, including at least 3 years working directly with services partners as a quota-carrying individual contributor.
  • Partner recruitment and enablement: You have recruited, onboarded, and scaled high-performing consulting, agency, or systems integration partners.
  • Commercial ownership: You have owned partner-sourced pipeline or revenue targets and know how to move partnerships from relationship-building to measurable commercial results.

  • Technical depth: You are comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and the broader AI and automation landscape.
  • Builder's mindset: You enjoy creating programs and processes from scratch rather than maintaining static playbooks. You are hands-on, data-driven, and focused on outcomes.

Nice-to-haves
  • Larger deal experience: You have supported partner-involved deals in the 100K to 500K range.
  • GTM and co-sell experience: You understand regional go-to-market strategy, partner sales enablement, account mapping, and field collaboration.
  • Industry knowledge: You have experience with iPaaS, workflow automation, AI, developer tools, or another technical SaaS platform.
  • SI and enterprise experience: You have worked with systems integrators supporting complex software implementations for mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Regional network: You already have relationships with influential consulting firms, boutique SIs, digital agencies, or technology partners across the region.
