Senior Paid Media Strategist

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, including at least 2 years managing eCommerce accounts.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, along with Merchant Center and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience managing Meta campaigns, including catalog advertising and structured creative testing.
• Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Practical understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in Sheets or Excel.
• Experience mentoring or developing other marketers with an interest in people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and strategy for a portfolio of approximately 5-8 clients.
• Develop strategies aligned with each client's revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition goals.
• Conduct client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning conversations, translating insights into clear recommendations.
• Proactively address performance challenges, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Own budget allocation, forecasting, and pacing across channels.
• Manage, optimize, and bill campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta.
• Monitor conversion tracking and data quality, collaborating with technical specialists to resolve issues.
