- Sets enterprise‑level direction for organizational effectiveness and organization design, translating broad business outcomes into multi‑year strategies, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.
- Serves as a strategic advisor to senior and executive leadership, influencing decisions on organization structure, transformation, operating model redesign, and enterprise effectiveness.
- Leads the most complex, high‑impact organizational design and transformation initiatives with long‑term implications for business performance.
- Defines and evolves org effectiveness methodologies, frameworks, standards, and delivery models to ensure scalability, consistency, and sustained impact.
- Anticipates enterprise trends, organizational risks, and system‑level constraints; proactively advises leaders on tradeoffs, implications, and strategic options.
- Sponsors and oversees large programs and multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring outcomes align with enterprise priorities and measurable performance improvements.
- Navigates complex stakeholder dynamics across functions and leadership levels, facilitating decision forums and aligning executives on critical design choices.
- Translates complex qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, compelling recommendations that drive enterprise‑wide change.
- Oversees and integrates work delivered by internal teams and external partners, ensuring quality, coherence, and business relevance.
- Coaches and develops senior advisors and project leaders, building organizational capability and succession in org effectiveness expertise.
- Establishes and leverages formal networks across the enterprise to embed org effectiveness practices into core business processes.
- Measures long‑term effectiveness of organizational changes and continuously refines strategies to support evolving business needs.

Work Experience:
- 10+ years of related experience, preferably in organization change / design, consulting
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- 7+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational design, workforce planning, management consulting, HR strategy, or organizational transformation
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational assessments, restructures, operating model design, or workforce strategy engagements
- Experience developing organizational design recommendations supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Proven ability to build business cases incorporating headcount, organizational structure, productivity, and financial impacts
- Experience influencing senior leaders and executives through complex organizational decisions
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops, alignment sessions, and executive discussions
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into actionable executive recommendations
- Demonstrated ownership of projects from diagnosis through implementation
- Experience within large-scale, multi-site organizations
- Advanced workforce analytics and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership teams
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field
- Preferred master’s degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, MBA, or related discipline
