- Experience in a data center, server logistics, or high-tech warehousing environment managing serialized assets and ESD-compliant handling, preferred.
- Strong ability to manage daily floor operations, supervise multi-shift teams, and drive productivity, safety, and quality metrics.
- Proven success supporting facility activations, workforce ramp-ups, systems deployment, and post-go-live performance stabilization.
- Working knowledge of high-precision serialized asset tracking, strict chain-of-custody processes, electrostatic discharge (ESD) standards, and specialized IT handling equipment (such as server rack tuggers).
- Comfortable working within active construction or dynamic site development environments during facility build-outs and early-stage ramping.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop frontline supervisors and hourly associates, including the capacity to onboard and upskill talent transitioning from non-technical warehousing backgrounds.
- History of daily customer interfacing, managing on-site client relationships, and communicating operational updates effectively.

Required Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
