Full Job Description
Job Description Overview:
The client is opening three identical procedure writer positions, attached to knowledge management, to support the first release of a project modernizing the individual insurance ecosystem. The central deliverable is the operational procedure: the resource must master a solution not yet in production, assess the impact of new ways of working on operations and derive the documentation needs from it. The work relies on autonomous information gathering with business experts and POs, then on structuring information for varied audiences. The mandate stresses simplicity, consistency and compliance of content, which puts plain-language writing on the same level as documentation rigour. Use of AI and Copilot is stated as a work expectation, framed by existing templates, not as an asset.
Sought candidate: a senior procedure writer who has documented new or transformed business processes, based on interviews with business experts, for operational teams. The person structures content in SharePoint and integrates generative AI into their writing practice.
