Qualifications

• Active Secret OR Top Secret Security Clearance required
• 5+ years of semantic-technology experience with OWL, RDF/Turtle, SHACL, and SPARQL
• Experience building ontologies aligned with BFO and CCO
• Production experience with a triple store like Apache Jena/Fuseki
• General software engineering skills in Python, APIs, and Git, capable of full-stack development
• Familiarity with LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the enterprise ontology and controlled vocabularies
• Manage the knowledge graph with RDF triple store, SHACL validation, and SPARQL queries
• Establish a governed ingestion path for content extraction into the graph
• Connect the knowledge graph to retrieval and generative AI applications
• Engage in full-stack development alongside ontology work in Python, web UI, and AWS
• Collaborate within a small Scrum team and demonstrate working software at each sprint
