Senior Engineer, Mechanical Key Responsibilities
Serve as the mechanical engineering technical authority across multiple programs and technology initiatives.
Provide hands-on leadership for mechanical design, integration, and product support activities across pre-production, production, and sustainment programs.
Oversee the complete product lifecycle.
Establish and mature engineering processes, design methodologies, and execution frameworks where formal infrastructure may not yet exist.
Participate in and lead engineering change activities, configuration management processes, and design reviews.
Perform and oversee system-level analyses, including tolerance analysis, manufacturability assessments, and design trade studies.
Interface with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to identify technical solutions, manage risk, and support program execution.
Required Qualifications
