Senior Master Automotive Technician

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ford Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with Master Technician certification.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and mechanics.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of mechanical services on vehicles efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools.
• Provide detailed reports of repairs and services performed.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and high standards.
• Maintain and update technical knowledge through training and certifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and services.
• Collaborate with the service team to keep the work area organized and clean.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
