The Marketing Specialist, Senior develops and executes integrated marketing campaigns and programs that strengthen brand authority, generate demand, and support business growth. This role combines strategic thinking, audience insight, and cross-functional collaboration to bring innovative partnership solutions to market. The Marketing Specialist, Senior works closely with the Strategic Partnerships team to define goals, identify opportunities, and lead marketing initiatives from concept through execution and performance measurement.
This is a remote position, and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

What you'll be responsible for:
• Partner directly with the Marketing Operations Director and Strategy Team to spot untapped audience opportunities and turn strategic visions into flawlessly executed campaigns.
• Identifies emerging market trends, fintech innovations, and audience needs to recommend and implement new marketing approaches that enhance business impact.
• Serves as the primary resource, and leads the strategy, development, execution, and reporting of integrated multi-channel campaigns and initiatives
• Accelerate revenue growth and strengthen key fintech partnerships by designing and executing powerful solution marketing campaigns aligned with Jack Henry's top priorities.
• Continuously track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, turning metrics into actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
• Keep our sales team equipped with high-impact enablement tools by continuously auditing existing assets and driving the creation of fresh, compelling product collateral.
• Leverages deep market, audience, and competitive insights to uncover new opportunities, strengthen positioning, and shape innovative marketing strategies.
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for the Strategy Team, bringing actionable marketing expertise and clear direction to internal stakeholders.
• Manage projects through Marketing's project management platform to initiate projects, prioritize work, ensure capacity of shared services team, and provide updates on utilization.
• Demonstrates great communication skills and the ability to clearly convey a strong point-of-view while respecting and collaborating with others who may share a different perspective.
• Maintains a results-oriented focus with the ability to prioritize and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Gathers results and reports performance of audience success on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Tell the story behind the numbers by capturing and reporting audience success metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Collaborate continuously across the broader marketing team to share insights, refine workflows, and elevate our overall strategic approach.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
• Minimum of six years of experience working in a strategic marketing capacity or related experience including product management or go-to-market execution.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 10% travel is required.

• Exercises excellent judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining solutions.
• Experience working in a project management capacity.
• Knowledge of financial technology solutions, industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, with the ability to translate insights into compelling marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HubSpot (or equivalent) preferred.
