Senior Marketing Manager, Non-Traditional

The Non-Traditional Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the execution and performance of face-to-face marketing programs throughout the Central Pennsylvania territory. This position oversees Retail, Events, and RSVP Dinner programs with a focus on team development, field execution, lead generation, and performance.

This is a field-based leadership position that requires regular travel throughout the Central PA territory and a strong focus on coaching, accountability, and measurable results.

Primary Responsibilities

- Lead, train, coach, and develop Brand Ambassadors throughout the Central PA territory.

- Oversee day-to-day execution and performance across Retail, Events, and RSVP Dinner programs.

- Maintain a consistent field presence through regular visits to retail locations, events, and other marketing programs.

- Coach Brand Ambassadors in the field to improve customer engagement, appointment generation, and overall performance.

- Manage scheduling, attendance, staffing levels, and field coverage throughout the territory.

- Track and review key performance indicators including appointments, issued leads, hours, conversion rates, production pace, and marketing cost.

- Use performance data and field observations to identify opportunities for improvement and increase overall production.

- Ensure events and marketing locations are properly staffed, equipped, branded, and prepared for successful execution.

- Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and develop Brand Ambassadors to maintain appropriate staffing levels and support continued growth.

- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, event organizers, venues, and community partners.

- Coordinate with the Event Research Team and Events leadership to successfully execute identified event opportunities throughout the Central territory.

- Partner with Pennsylvania Non-Traditional Marketing leadership to execute company strategies and initiatives within the Central territory.

- Coordinate displays, equipment, promotional materials, and other resources needed for field marketing programs.

- Monitor individual and team performance and provide consistent coaching, recognition, and accountability.

- Identify performance challenges and implement action plans to improve results.

- Promote a positive, professional, and performance-driven team culture.

Requirements

- 5 years previous leadership or management experience in marketing, sales, customer service, lead generation, or a related field.

- Experience in event marketing, retail marketing, field marketing, experiential marketing, canvassing, or face-to-face lead generation preferred.

- Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple locations, programs, and priorities.

- Comfortable working with KPIs, performance reports, and production data.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively with employees, business partners, vendors, and leadership.

- Ability to identify problems, make decisions, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced field environment.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning company scheduling, reporting, and CRM systems.

- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the Central Pennsylvania territory.

- Availability to support field marketing programs during evenings and weekends as business needs require.
