About this opportunity:

7-Eleven is seeking a strategic, analytical and results-oriented Senior Manager of Loyalty Analytics to lead the analytics function supporting our loyalty programs within the Marketing organization. This leader will manage a team of analysts (in US and India) responsible for translating customer, transaction, campaign and loyalty data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that improve member engagement, campaign effectiveness, personalization and program economics.

The successful candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with the ability to dive deeply into data, identify the business story behind the analysis, and influence decisions across the organization. The role requires strong executive communication, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive clarity and results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic insights and recommendations that improve loyalty member acquisition, engagement, retention, frequency and incremental sales.
  • Translate complex customer, transaction and campaign data into clear business narratives, opportunities and recommended actions. Identify emerging customer trends, behavioral shifts and program opportunities across 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards.
  • Evaluate customer behavior across loyalty lifecycle stages, segments, categories and programs.
  • Own the loyalty measurement framework, including program KPIs, executive scorecards and recurring performance reporting.
  • Manage the team's data infrastructure, data pipelines, platforms, and ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of all data being collected.
  • Establish consistent methodologies for measuring campaign incrementality, customer engagement, offer effectiveness, sales impact, and return on investment.
  • Partner with stakeholders for enterprise-wide critical initiatives to monitor Loyalty program performance and explain variances between actual and planned results. Closely monitor strategic initiatives and communicate outcomes, opportunities and recommend actions to leadership.
  • Lead customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to support more relevant and personalized customer experiences.
  • Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to strengthen audience selection, campaign design, test-and-learn plans and post-campaign measurement.
  • Advance predictive and advanced analytics capabilities that inform customer strategy and marketing decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships across Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, Finance, Digital Product, Operations, Technology, Data Science and other business functions.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of loyalty analytics professionals.
  • Establish clear priorities, roles, operating rhythms, and standards for analytical quality.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, quality and business impact. Ensure the team balances recurring reporting requirements with strategic, high-value analytical work.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a related field. Master degree is preferred
  • Five or more years of relevant experience in customer analytics, loyalty analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, strategy or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing customer, transaction, campaign or loyalty program data.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, campaign measurement, incrementality, experimentation and return-on-investment analysis.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and drive action across multiple business functions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convert ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL and modern data platforms used for large-scale customer and transaction analytics.
  • Experience with visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, Databricks, Spark or comparable advanced analytics technologies.
  • Experience building KPI dashboards, customer segmentation frameworks, forecasting models or campaign measurement solutions.
  • Familiarity with retail merchandising, fuel, convenience, consumer packaged goods or franchise business models.
  • Analytical, data-driven, motivated and decisive thought leader with an appropriate perspective on the big picture and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop written materials and present to executive audiences.
  • Comfort operating amid ambiguity in a dynamic environment and managing priorities across multiple teams, initiatives and projects.
