Position OverviewProvide defense market research and competitive intelligence to inform company growth strategy. Provide research and analysis on defense markets and competitors to help leadership make informed decisions. This is similar to intelligence or strategic planning roles.

- Build scrappy solutions, tools, or processes when something doesn't exist yet.
Bonus Points- Experience in aerospace, defense tech, robotics, or applied logistics.
- Hands-on experience with prototypes, testing, or field operations.
- Familiarity with government proposals (SBIR, BAA, etc.).
Compensation Estimate:Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
The estimated salary range for this role reflects various compensation factors. The final offer depends on factors such as work experience, education, training, key skills, and business needs. In addition, LEAP provides a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, which includes:
