Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, Workforce Planning will play a critical role in leading our workforce strategy end-to-end in partnership with Operations Leaders and Talent Acquisition, ensuring strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning, comprehensive analytics and insights, collaboration, and effective communication. This position will report into the VP, Operations Finance and will be responsible for developing and maintaining workforce planning models for a large outpatient Therapy organization with 750+ locations, across multiple states, service lines, and disciplines, leveraging technology to build efficient processes and output, generating actionable insights, and collaborating with Field Leadership to review and optimize workforce plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing workforce data from multiple sources.


  • Develop, scale and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key workforce metrics.
