Summary:
Funding plays a critical role in allowing the ASPCA to achieve our mission of preventing cruelty to animals. Bequest revenue continues to grow annually, with an increasing number of files under management. The Senior Manager, Trust & Estates, will play a critical role in helping ensure these generous donations advance our lifesaving work and create meaningful change for animals.
What You’ll Do
The Senior Manager, Trusts & Estates, will oversee administrative support of bequest files, interact with attorneys and fiduciaries, and manage a team. The Senior Manager will also elevate potential litigation or other issues to the Senior Director, Trusts & Estates.
The Senior Manager reports directly to the Senoir Director, Trusts & Estates, and has 3 direct reports.
Where and When You’ll Work
This is a hybrid position that provides the ability to work remotely up to four days per week, with approximately one day per week commuting on-site to our New York City location on 8th Avenue.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 5% annually, as needed.

Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, training, experience, location, business needs, internal equity,market demandsor budgeted amount for the role. The target hiring rangeis for new hire offers only, and staff compensation may increase beyond the maximum hiring range based on performance over time. The maximum of the hiring range is reserved for candidates with the highest qualifications and relevant experience.The expected hiring salary range for this roleisset forth belowandmay bemodifiedin the future.
