About the RoleAs the Retention Marketing Lead for DashPass, you will define and evolve the membership marketing vision, translating subscriber growth and retention goals into CRM strategies and leading a team responsible for delivering high-quality, data-driven campaigns across email, push, SMS, promotions, and in-app messaging. You will collaborate with all parts of the business, ensuring cohesive strategy, clear prioritization, and measurable business impact on membership growth and retention. In this role, you will sit on the Consumer Retention Marketing team with a key objective of driving incremental GOV and Paid Net Adds.
You will report into the Head of Consumer Retention Marketing on our Growth Marketing team within our Marketing organization.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...- Oversee all owned channel marketing campaigns and programs across the DashPass lifecycle, ensuring a cohesive, personalized journey
- Lead the development of annual and quarterly Retention marketing plans, maximizing incremental gains to meet overarching audience-level business targets
- Manage a team of Retention Marketers, providing structure and coaching for the team to deliver against retention and engagement goals
- Oversee the testing roadmap for CRM campaigns including message/content strategy, target audience segmentation, and measurement plans
- Identify and develop means for improving personalization and relevance across the DashPass lifecycle and partner with Analytics on developing associate measurement frameworks
- Partner with cross-functional leaders (Analytics, Product, Integrated Marketing, Strategy & Operations) to identify strategic initiatives that drive operational scale and efficiency
- Use data to define KPIs and goals across different segments, identify trends, and optimize marketing programs and deliver upon overall company goals
- Partner with MarTech, Product, and Operations to continually advance CRM infrastructure, inclusive of evaluating and optimizing technical platforms and tooling, developing and actioning on new customer models, and optimizing campaign measurement practices.
We're excited about you because you have...- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, and/or growth marketing; with 3+ years managing high-performing teams, managing managers experience a plus
- Record of driving business results via cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM technology including ESPs, segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems
- Working knowledge of data tools (e.g., SQL, Databricks, Sigma) and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to drive analysis, experimentation, and productivity
- Extreme organization, dependability, self-motivation & ability to multi-task
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
CompensationThe successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$159,800-$235,000 USD
