Senior Manager, Product Performance Management (Small Business Lending)

What you will be doing:

You will play a critical role in forecasting, portfolio analytics, and business performance management for Tangerine's Small Business Lending portfolio. Leveraging data-driven insights, you'll help develop strategies that accelerate growth, enhance client experience, and improve profitability. You'll work collaboratively across Product, Risk, Finance, and Analytics teams to influence key decisions, bring innovative ideas to life, and support the evolution of Tangerine's small business banking offerings.
