Senior Manager, Product Manager - Bank Fraud Servicing
About the Team
As Senior Manager of Bank’s Fraud Prevention & Investigations workflows, you will lead the product strategy at the epicenter of customer trust, associate experience, and operational risk. Fraud servicing represents both our most critical touchpoint for protecting customers during high-anxiety moments and our single highest-leverage opportunity to curtail OpEx and direct fraud exposure. In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of modernizing legacy fraud ecosystems, transforming complex, manual workflows into a seamless, high-velocity servicing engine that scales effortlessly across millions of banking relationships.
To achieve this vision, you will spearhead a strategy anchored in backoffice automation and intelligent guidance. You will drive zero-touch automation across routine backoffice tasks to eliminate manual handoffs and operational workarounds, while equipping frontline associates with real-time, agentic AI guidance that drastically reduces cognitive load and handle times. By replacing fragmented vendor tools with cohesive, API-first capabilities, you will empower human-in-the-loop experts to focus strictly on high-judgment decisions. If you are a strategic product leader ready to drive the enterprise’s agentic capabilities and use customer-backed thinking to solve scaled operational challenges, this is your platform to drive the future of bank servicing.
