2+ years of applicable experience in Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) programs
Certified Educator credential from ACPE, Inc.
Master's Degree in Divinity or related field
Strong supervisory and educational skills
Ability to provide spiritual care across diverse settings
Responsibilities
Manage ACPE, Inc. Clinical Pastoral Education programs and ensure accreditation standards are met
Supervise and mentor CPE students through direct and indirect support
Lead educational initiatives for Spiritual Wellness staff, community clergy, and congregations
Deliver spiritual care to patients, families, staff, and volunteers
Develop and implement program strategies for spiritual wellness

Job Description Manages programs of ACPE Inc. Clinical Pastoral Education and assures all programs meet Standards for Accreditation. Supervises and educates CPE ACPE Inc students throughout SLHS either directly or indirectly through another supervisor or supervisorintraining. Provides leadership for education programs for Spiritual Wellness staff SLHS personnel community clergy and congregations and others as needed and directed. Provides spiritual care to patients families staff students volunteers and others.
