Responsibilities

  • Lead the SEO, GEO, and GBP strategies for multiple brands
  • Develop project activity roadmaps and manage assignments
  • Serve as the organic search lead for the marketing department and brand presidents
  • Collaborate on website migration projects with technical SEO and content leads
  • Conduct technical audits to identify indexation obstacles and recommend improvements
  • Perform keyword analysis for content opportunities across URLs
  • Monitor and present performance reports to the Organic Search Director and brand teams.

Senior Manager, Organic Search

The SeniorOrganic SearchManagerwillberesponsible forleadingOrganic Searchstrategy andperformanceforNeighborly.comand its brandwebsites.The person in this role willlead a team in the analysis ofOrganic Searchperformanceandidentification ofopportunities forperformanceimprovement,with the end goal of drivingrevenuefrom higher search rankings and keyword conversion.Organic search refers to and not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)and Google Business Profile Optimizations (GBP)

As a Senior Manager, Organic Search on the Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Lead the development of SEO,GEOand GBPstrategies for multiple brands.
  • Develop roadmaps of activitiesandprojectmanageassignments.
  • Organic searchpoint person for head of marketing, brandpresidentsand other departmentsfor the brands youare responsible for.
  • Collaborate with technical SEO lead,content lead,Productand IT on website migration projects. Lead content and on-page related projects related to site migrations.Assistwith technical SEOand GEOprojects related to site migrations.
  • Performtechnicalwebsiteauditstoidentifyobstacles that may preventoptimalindexation of managed websites. Provide technical SEO recommendations to improve organic performance.
  • Perform keyword analysistoidentifycontent opportunitiesincluding forexisting URLs and new landing pages (content gaps).
  • Monitor performance across managed brands. Deliver and present performance reports toOrganic SearchDirector,leadershipand brand team. Deliver ad-hoc reports.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience:
    • 7+years of experience inDigitalMarketing, Data Analysis,ora relatedfield.
    • 2+ years of experience managing a team of SEO and Content professionalspreferred but notrequired.
    • Strong experience withSEOrequired;Deep understanding of search engine ranking criteria, including local ranking factors.
  • Skills:.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Detail-oriented witha high levelof accuracy
    • Ability todemonstrateproblem-solvingand critical thinking skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
