Throughout your shift, you move between strategic planning sessions-where you evaluate capacity, staffing models, and process improvements-and time on the operations floor, coaching managers and engaging directly with associates. You close the day by aligning with cross-functional partners on upcoming initiatives and ensuring your team has clear direction for the next shift.
