OverviewThe Omnichannel Experience team develops strategies, insights, and programs to create a more connected, customer-centered experience across REI's digital and physical channels. As Senior Manager, Omnichannel Initiatives, you will partner across the co-op to develop business cases and commercialize high-impact programs that grow and optimize REI's business. This role works across the Commercial organization and other teams at the co-op and pairs strategic thinking, business casing, and program management to turn opportunities into action. This role is responsible for developing strategies and seeing those strategies through to execution across teams.
Responsibilities and QualificationsResponsibilities- Build business cases and leads programs that support growth, optimization opportunities, and improves the customer experience.
- Partner across the organization to implement and scale programs that deliver positive customer and commercial outcomes. May serve as key business owner for initiatives as needed.
- Leverage customer, commercial, financial, and external insights to drive actions across teams.
- Lead several initiatives simultaneously at various stages of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Stores, Digital, Supply Chain, Product Management & other teams across REI to develop new opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives to drive the business forward.
- Provide leaders with clear updates on initiatives & business performance. Surface risk & opportunity as needed.
- Help build a team where people feel welcomed and can do their best work.
Qualifications- 7 or more years of work in retail, consumer goods, product management, consulting, or a related field.
- Experience leading large cross-divisional initiatives often on multi-year horizon
- 3 or more years of people leadership or team management.
- Skill in building trust and working with people across teams and levels.
- Skilled at leveraging channel (store & digital) data, customer insights, and external resources to develop strategic initiatives that secure funding, generate momentum, and ultimately become successful programs for REI.
- A bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field, or an equal mix of school and work experience.
Pay Range$125,300.00 - $212,900.00 per year
