Full Job Description
Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales, East

As Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales, you'll be a hands-on frontline leader responsible for helping a team of Enterprise Account Executives win more, bigger and more complex deals. You'll spend much of your time close to the field - coaching sellers, inspecting and strategizing active opportunities, joining customer conversations, traveling to onsite meetings and helping AEs navigate complex enterprise buying organizations.

This role is ideal for a sales leader who gets energy from being in the details with their team. You'll help each AE sharpen their enterprise selling skills - from discovery and qualification to multi-threading, executive engagement, business-value articulation, negotiation and closing - while creating the accountability and day-to-day coaching required for consistent performance. You'll partner closely with the VP of Enterprise Sales, Americas, who owns the broader enterprise strategy and organizational direction.

Immerse yourself in our performance-driven, collaborative culture where we celebrate wins, learn from every deal and push each other to continuously raise the bar.

In this role, you'll get to:
  • Coach and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives through regular 1:1s, call reviews, opportunity coaching and individualized development plans
  • Partner with AEs on strategic prospecting, account prioritization and pipeline creation
  • Work side-by-side with AEs on active enterprise opportunities, helping them strengthen discovery, uncover business-level pain, multi-thread across complex buying committees and gain access to executive decision-makers
  • Join customer and prospect meetings as an active sales coach and resource
  • Travel regularly with AEs for customer onsites, prospect meetings, executive engagements, regional events and other high-value field activities
  • Help sellers build stronger business cases and connect CreatorIQ's value to strategic priorities across marketing and the broader enterprise
  • Maintain strong inspection and accountability around pipeline, opportunity progression, forecast accuracy and individual performance
  • Build a high-accountability, high-support team environment where experienced and developing sellers alike continue raising their level of performance

Who you are and what you'll need for this position:
  • 3+ years of frontline sales management experience leading and coaching quota-carrying B2B SaaS sellers
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with meaningful experience personally selling and/or coaching complex enterprise opportunities
  • A demonstrated track record of making sellers materially better, including experienced, high-performing Enterprise Account Executives
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales fundamentals, including discovery, qualification, business-value selling, multi-threading, executive engagement, negotiation and complex deal strategy
  • A hands-on, field-oriented leadership style and genuine desire to spend significant time coaching sellers, working active opportunities and engaging directly with customers
  • Strong judgment around when to step into an opportunity and when to coach from the sidelines, maintaining clear AE ownership
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to engage senior customer stakeholders as a credible, consultative partner
  • Ability to coach sellers to connect CreatorIQ's capabilities to strategic business priorities and measurable customer outcomes
  • Experience establishing clear performance expectations, providing direct feedback and holding sellers accountable while adapting your coaching to individual strengths and development needs
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline-management discipline grounded in a deep understanding of the underlying opportunities
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel regularly for customer meetings, onsite engagements and industry events
  • Experience selling into marketing, digital, social, creator or adjacent enterprise functions is preferred; creator or influencer marketing experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where the sales motion continues to evolve
