Position SummaryAs Sr. Manager of Digital Strategy, you'll lead the development and execution of Nestlé USA's enterprise digital strategy, collaborating with the Director to translate vision into actionable plans. You'll operate at the center of strategy and execution, acting as a key integrator across initiatives, functions, and leadership priorities. Come prepared to drive strategic planning, orchestrate cross-functional efforts, and ensure alignment between digital investments and business outcomes.
- Translate strategy into clear, actionable roadmaps aligned to business and functional goals, and continuously assess internal progress and external trends to refine direction
- Drive cross-functional transformation by challenging legacy workflows reimagining future ways of working, and identifying opportunities where AI, automation, and digital capabilities can fundamentally improve how work gets done across Nestlé USA
- Coordinate across key digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment, momentum, and follow-through. Track progress, risks, and dependencies, and drive resolution of key issues to maintain delivery against priorities
- Develop executive-ready materials, including narratives, updates, and strategic recommendations, ensuring leadership forums are focused and actionable
- Partner across business functions to ensure digital strategy is embedded into business processes and prioritization
- Define and track success metrics for strategic initiatives and generate insights to inform leadership decisions and support business case development and value realization tracking
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Information Technology, or related field
- 9+ years of experience in strategy, digital transformation, consulting, and/or program leadership within a matrixed organization
Other- Master's or advanced degree in business, technology, or related field is preferred
- Experience in digital strategy, AI, or data-driven transformation programs is preferred
- Experience in Consumer Product Goods (CPG) and/or a similarly complex industry is preferred
The approximate pay range for this position is $146,260.00 to $200,070.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
