Position Overview

As a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, you will manage a team of Managers and/or Specialists across multiple game genres, and own the planning and execution of Lifecycle strategy for that portfolio. This position requires you to be data-driven, strategic, and a strong cross-functional collaborator. You will represent the Lifecycle Team in cross-functional and strategy meetings, sharing insights that keep the team's work aligned to broader Lifecycle and organisational goals, and you will set team objectives in line with BU objectives.
What You'll Do
  • Manage and develop a team of Managers and/or Specialists across owned genres, providing clear direction, coaching, and day-to-day people leadership.
  • Own performance management for direct reports, including goal-setting, regular 1:1s, feedback, and career development.
  • Own hiring, onboarding, and headcount planning for the team, partnering with the Director and HR on capacity needs.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for the team on strategy, cross-functional blockers, and execution issues.
  • Own the planning of LCM strategy across multiple game genres (e.g. Slots, Racing, Match-3, Word, Casino).
  • Design and drive nurture programs that improve customer engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Define and drive go-to-market communication plans for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Own adoption of new tools and technology across the team, and monitor IP and domain health, implementing best practices to protect channel health.
  • Maintain and evolve centralized team documentation (LCM Wiki, experiment readouts) to scale knowledge across the team.
  • Set team goals (OKRs) in line with BU objectives, and cascade them into individual goals for direct reports.
  • Represent the Lifecycle Team in cross-functional and strategy meetings, sharing insights in line with overall LCM and organisational goals.
  • Interpret data, analyze results, and develop insights that improve retention, engagement, conversion rate, and customer loyalty.
  • Present performance reports and readouts to stakeholders, identify drivers, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Production, Product, Product Marketing, Analytics, Studio-Ops, and Central support teams to deliver personalized customer journeys.
  • Embrace established processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across owned genres.
  • Be analytical, critical, and offer recommendations motivated by data.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing roles (B2C only).
  • 2+ years of people management experience, with a track record of managing Managers and/or Specialists.
  • Technical knowledge of HTML, SQL, and Content Management Systems like Braze/Leanplum/Moengage; CMS tool integration experience preferred.
  • Experience warming up new IPs and monitoring domain reputation, with strong technical grounding in email deliverability.
  • Deep understanding of conversion levers across the funnel, with the ability to define and track success metrics for each initiative.
  • Technical expertise with Email, Push, SMS, and IAMs - deliverability, optimization, and best practices.
  • Multi-variate testing expertise and strong understanding of QA processes.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment; operates with little to no supervision.
  • Strong communication, copywriting, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail, team-first attitude, and passion for games.
What We Offer You

The pay range for this position in Toronto at the start of employment is expected to be between $119,300 and $160,000 per year.

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
