The Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Learning, Development & Engagement will help strengthen leadership, collaboration, communication and engagement across Central Pharmacy Services. This role shapes and delivers learning, engagement and communication strategies that support business priorities, build colleague capability and enable strong leadership performance. The Senior Manager also provides change management and HR business partnering support to leaders across the business.

What You'll Do
Build leadership and colleague capability
• Lead the development and rollout of onboarding programs for new colleagues.
• Assess the ongoing state of leadership and teamwork across the business, and translate insights into focused development actions.
• Design and deliver programs and initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, collaboration and engagement.
• Plan and facilitate multiple cohorts of the Core Leadership Development Program (CLDP) each year.
• Lead the strategy, development and implementation of technical and job training, including training standards, qualification processes and tools that build colleague capability and consistency across sites.
Strengthen engagement and communication
• Partner with business leaders to understand teamwork and engagement challenges and develop targeted responses, including people survey initiatives.
• Lead the internal communication and engagement strategy across Central Pharmacy Services, supporting consistent, timely and effective communication of key priorities, initiatives and events across the country.
• Develop engagement approaches that strengthen two-way communication and build trust with colleagues.
• Support the drafting of key business communications and create tools, templates and presentations that enable programs and initiatives.
• Lead the design and implementation of colleague recognition programs that reinforce organizational values, strengthen engagement and foster a culture of appreciation.
Enable change and partner with leaders
• Provide change management support that builds colleague alignment and helps sustain business changes, engaging leaders directly in change activities.
• Coach leaders one-on-one, including through confidential discussions, and provide guidance on talent and performance management, absence management, people and change issues, communication, company policies and procedures, recruitment and selection strategy, terminations, strategic planning and benefits administration, in partnership with the HR team.
• Support the delivery and deployment of HR programs and processes, and coach and guide functional and cross-functional initiatives including Performance Management, Compensation, HiPo, Succession Planning, Engagement Survey and the Performance Review Cycle.
• Collaborate with enterprise partners, including Leadership Development, DEI and Change Management, to develop action plans and solutions for the business.
Measure impact and improve
• Establish and monitor key metrics for learning, engagement and communication initiatives, using colleague feedback and business insights to evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring
• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a health sector-related program.
• 7-10 years of experience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, including responsibility for organizational and operational projects.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated knowledge of employee relations.
• Understanding of change management principles and how to apply them in a structured manner.
