You will lead a high-performing team of learning effectiveness experts who manage enterprise learning measurement frameworks, dashboarding, and evaluation infrastructure, while serving as critical "humans in the loop" to validate AI-driven learning insights and models. You are responsible for translating complex learning interaction data, evaluation metrics, and learner feedback into strategic insights that demonstrate clear ROI and business impact. By orchestrating advanced learning analytics platforms, predictive impact models, and robust evaluation methodologies (e.g., Kirkpatrick/Phillips models), you will ensure that all enterprise learning solutions generate measurable improvements in organizational performance and business results.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing the enterprise learning measurement strategy, establishing KPIs, evaluation frameworks, and analytics pipelines that measure learner engagement, skill acquisition, and business performance impact.
- Leading multi-tiered learning evaluation initiatives across enterprise programs, utilizing quantitative and qualitative methodologies to isolate learning impact, calculate financial ROI, and optimize learning interventions.
- Overseeing data quality, privacy compliance, and human validation guardrails for AI-driven learning analytics, predictive scoring algorithms, and automated reporting systems.
- Overseeing the strategy, lifecycle, and implementation of executive analytics dashboards and learning data portals, enabling real-time visibility into workforce capability trends and program performance.
- Synthesizing complex learning data, business outcome metrics, and predictive trends into compelling executive presentations that influence business strategy and inform L&D investments.
- Managing, mentoring, and building a high-performing team of learning analytics engineers, data analysts, and evaluation specialists, fostering a culture of data literacy and analytical rigor across L&D.
- Executing sophisticated capacity planning and automated demand management to remove operational friction, accelerate sprint velocity, and optimize resource allocation across the enterprise.
In this remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings.
