Job OverviewThe
Senior Manager, Innovation & Business Transformation leads and deliver strategic initiatives to enhance
business and operational processes, improve ways of working, and drive measurable business outcomes. Partner with stakeholders across different levels and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to execute transformation and innovation priorities at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business performance
- Identify opportunities, diagnose gaps, and implement scalable, high-impact solutions
- Drive alignment and execution with stakeholders across levels and global, cross-functional teams
- Define success metrics, track KPIs, and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes
- Facilitate structured problem-solving, innovation workshops, and decision-making sessions
- Drive change adoption and embed continuous improvement across functions
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and execution roadmaps
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovation practices
Experience & Capabilities- Strong track record in business transformation, innovation, or process improvement
- Proven ability to lead complex, global, cross-functional initiatives with tangible outcomes
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure problems and drive data-informed decisions
- Effective stakeholder management with the ability to influence across different levels
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Preferred Skills- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives, including data, automation, or AI-driven solutions
- Familiarity with process improvement and service design methodologies (e.g., customer journey mapping)
- Experience applying structured approaches to project delivery and change implementation
What You'll Bring- 8-12 years of total professional experience, with roughly 5+ years in transformation, innovation, process improvement, or related strategic roles
- Strategic mindset with a focus on outcomes and value creation
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect initiatives to impact
- Confidence in leading change across diverse teams and geographies
