We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Finance Transformation to lead a team of program managers driving strategic initiatives that modernize and optimize our global business processes, workflows, and operational systems. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping the future state of our enterprise capabilities, leveraging technology, process re-engineering, and data analytics to enhance the efficiency, quality, and strategic impact of these critical areas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of operational and systems acumen, robust program/project management expertise, proven people leadership, and a passion for innovation in transforming complex business workflows to ensure operational excellence, data integrity, and a robust control framework.
Description
The Senior Manager, Finance Transformation will develop, articulate, and execute a clear vision and roadmap for transforming core finance processes, operational systems, and workflows. This role is grounded first in finance process expertise, executed through disciplined program management and team leadership, and enabled by technical fluency in data and systems.
You will lead and develop a team of program managers, owning prioritization and resource allocation across a portfolio of concurrent transformation initiatives. Your team will be focused on redesigning end-to-end cross-functional workflows to strengthen controls, data accuracy, and scalability through automation. This includes evaluating and implementing new enterprise technologies, including Generative AI, to automate tasks, improve data quality, and enable advanced analytics such as anomaly detection and compliance tracking.
Success requires strong stakeholder management across leadership, IS&T, PMO, and business units, and ultimate accountability for presenting transformation strategy, progress, and recommendations directly to senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in program management, finance, operations, or systems consulting, with proven leadership of large-scale business transformation initiatives.
BS or BA in Business, Economics, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience leading, developing, and managing a team of program managers; including hiring, coaching, and performance management, and prioritizing resources across a portfolio of concurrent initiatives.
Deep understanding of core accounting and operational finance processes (e.g., record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, controllership) and how to re-engineer them for scale, accuracy, and control.
Demonstrated experience redesigning end-to-end finance workflows across cross-functional groups to strengthen quality controls and data accuracy, with working knowledge of relevant regulatory and internal-controls frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive change in a complex organizational environment.
Familiarity applying emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI) to finance operations, such as pattern recognition, anomaly detection, automated monitoring, and compliance tracking.
Proactive problem solver who presents recommendations alongside problems; comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and executive presentation skills; responsible for presenting transformation strategy, progress, and recommendations directly to VP and Executive audiences.
Extremely curious, drives issues to root cause, and maintains strict confidentiality around financial and strategic information.
