Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement

The Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement leads customer education and engagement on coding, coverage, payment, and payer policy for Philips Image Guided Therapy Device products, helping reduce reimbursement and economic barriers for U.S. patients and providers. This customer-facing role builds strong relationships with providers, care sites, and internal partners while supporting customers across the full lifecycle-from evaluation and clinical research to onboarding and long-term use. The role supports a broad procedural portfolio, including coronary, peripheral, CIED, and structural heart interventions using 3D ICE, and requires proactive planning and execution under general supervision.

Your role:
  • Leads customer education and engagement on coding, coverage, payment, health policy, and payer policy for Philips Image Guided Therapy Device products, with a focus on reducing reimbursement and economic barriers for U.S. patients and providers. This includes translating complex reimbursement topics into actionable guidance for customers.
  • Serves in customer-facing role building relationships with providers, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, hospitals, Office-Based Labs, and other care settings, while also partnering closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and medical education.
  • Supports customers across the full engagement lifecycle, including those evaluating purchases, participating in clinical research, onboarding new accounts, and maintaining long-standing customer relationships.
  • Provides reimbursement and economic support for a broad procedural portfolio, including coronary and peripheral vascular interventions, CIED lead management and extractions, and structural heart procedures utilizing 3D intracardiac echocardiography (3D ICE).
  • Takes initiative to develop and propose work plans and strategies, operating under general supervision while driving alignment across stakeholders and responding proactively to customer and business needs.


You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 5+ years of experience with coronary, cardiovascular, and/or peripheral vascular products, and 10+ years of field reimbursement in the medical device industry.
  • Your skills include demonstrated outstanding knowledge and strong understanding of US healthcare coding and billing systems, Medicare and commercial payers, hospital infrastructure, reimbursement policies and processes, and possesses expertise in data analysis, health economic evidence, and documentation. Key skills include excellent communication, customer management, commercial acumen, and ability to work with Medical Device Sales Representatives.
  • You have a Bachelor's/master's degree in health sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPC certification preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You're an excellent communicator, with an ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders utilizing your clinical expertise and knowledge of standard of care and medical device standards. You must be willing and able to travel up to 25% based on business needs.


How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is a field-based role.

The pay range for this position in AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MN, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY is $133,000 to $212,000

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, HI, MD, MN, and RI is $140,000 to $223,000.

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ, NY, or WA is $149,000 to $237,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
