Axtria is seeking exceptional talent to join our rapidly growing SalesIQ™ Field Intelligence (FI) team. Our people are our greatest strength. As a Senior Manager, you will manage delivery teams executing Field Intelligence analytics, sales effectiveness, and business technology-driven initiatives for Life Sciences commercial excellence organizations, while supporting Axtria's FI capability-building and SFE consulting efforts.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Deliver Axtria SalesIQ™ Field Intelligence (FI) engagements, drive projects related to, but not limited to:
  • Field reporting, including knowledge and familiarity of enhancing modern field intelligence reporting, leveraging AI reporting
  • Incentive compensation design and administration, customer dynamic targeting and call planning, alignment design, and ad-hoc analytics
  • Support FI capability-building efforts and contribute to broader sales force effectiveness (SFE) consulting engagements.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand business objectives and leverage data, analytics, and technology to design and implement impactful solutions.
  • Develop and deliver client-ready presentations and recommendations that address business challenges and identify opportunities for expanded engagements.
  • Work hands-on with client business stakeholders with moderate oversight.
  • Support the design, configuration, communication, and implementation of Axtria SalesIQ™ FI programs.
  • Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality client deliverables.
  • Translate business problems into clear requirements and actionable solutions across consulting and on-site engagements.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining strong client satisfaction and adherence to delivery timelines.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to a strong bench for the FI practice.
  • Contribute to team expansion through referrals, interviewing, and hiring as the FI practice grows.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and capability development, including POVs, whitepapers, and solution frameworks for FI/SFE engagements.

Primary Skill Set
  • 7-10 years of experience in Life Sciences commercial analytics, with meaningful, hands-on exposure to Field Intelligence / field reporting, including:
  • Sales force effectiveness (SFE) analytics
  • Customer dynamic targeting and call planning
  • Incentive compensation design and administration (preferred)
  • Alignment design and ad-hoc analytics

Desired Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline such as Business Technology, Information Management, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or an MBA.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver across multiple parallel workstreams.
  • High motivation to work and learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a global delivery model.

The salary range for this position is $119,500 to $163,875 annually. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.
The salary range reflected is based on the primary work location of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
