Job Summary
The Air Logistics Senior Manager Express Operations will be responsible for the management of warehouse operations and airport ramp operations while also working with internal and external executive-level contract partners to ensure efficient handling of Express packages. This is a cross-dock operation; our role is to facilitate daily throughput of packages from aircraft to warehouse to trucks with no/minimal storage. Our indoor facility is an open-air environment and not temperature controlled, and you may work in or around aircraft. The Air Logistics Senior Manager leads the team following our structured processes and guidelines, keeping the safety of all our team members first. This role is a hands-on role in moving packages throughout the facility and works with the team to ensure that customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality exceed standards for their assigned shift. Our Air Logistics Senior Manager will also maintain and control all required aspects of the operation during their shift in accordance with the corporate security program and TSA legislation.

Responsibilities
Lead, organize, and support staff to foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, accountability, and pride within a diverse, multicultural environment.
Develop future leaders by coaching managers and supervisors in effective leadership and operational management skills.
Oversee staff performance to meet business needs and ensure compliance with carrier Service Level Agreement standards.
Ensure operational leaders properly guide Ramp Agents and Warehouse Agents in adhering to all safety rules, procedures, and established standards.
Support employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, performance evaluations, counseling input, and termination recommendations.
Maintain strict compliance with Airport Police, TSA, USCBP, and FAA security regulations; challenge any individual without proper airport identification in WFS facilities or Airport Operational Areas (AOA).
Prepare and deliver operational reports, including weekly, monthly, and ad hoc data as required.
Complete injury and damage reports in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Ensure post-accident and post-injury testing is conducted when required.
Assist customer representatives by providing data and documentation for compliance reporting and audits.
Maintain required employment records and coordinate mandatory airport-related appointments, including badge renewals, USCBP interviews, and other government-required meetings.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
