The Senior Manager, Data Center/Networking Procurement Contracts leads a global team of six contracts professionals supporting Oracle's rapidly expanding data center infrastructure buildout and ongoing operations worldwide. This leader will set team priorities, drive negotiation of data center leases and colocation, networking, and energy agreements in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-visibility environment.

Responsible for overseeing activities related to the procurement of materials, parts, components, and equipment. Manages a professional staff.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Data Center/Networking Procurement Contracts Team leads a global team of six contracts professionals responsible for supporting Oracle's rapidly expanding data center infrastructure buildout and ongoing operations. This leader will set priorities, develop team capability, and ensure timely, commercially sound contract support for complex, high-value infrastructure transactions across multiple geographies.

The role is responsible for leading and overseeing negotiation of a broad portfolio of agreements, including data center (NNN) leases and colocation agreements, networking agreements, energy and utility agreements, and low-voltage contracts. Working closely with Procurement, Legal, OCI, Finance, and business leaders, the Senior Manager will help structure agreements that balance speed, risk, cost, operational requirements, and Oracle's long-term strategic objectives.

Success in this role requires strong people leadership, commercial judgment, and deep contract-negotiation experience. The Senior Manager will guide the team through sophisticated negotiations, resolve escalated commercial and contractual issues, establish consistent contracting practices, and drive process improvements that enable the organization to move quickly while maintaining appropriate governance and risk management.

This is a highly visible role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will regularly engage with senior leadership and key internal stakeholders to provide clear recommendations, communicate negotiation strategy and risk, and help deliver the critical infrastructure needed to support Oracle's global data center growth.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 - 10 years' experience leading high performing teams
• JD required
• Deep commercial-contract negotiation experience, ideally in data center, real estate, telecom/networking, energy, or infrastructure procurement
• Expertise with NNN leases, colocation agreements, service agreements, and complex supplier contracts
• Strong understanding of risk allocation, liability, indemnities, service levels, pricing, and operational requirements
• Proven people leadership, including managing and developing a global contracts team
• Ability to lead high-value, time-sensitive negotiations across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong business judgment and ability to balance legal, commercial, financial, and operational priorities
• Executive communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence working with senior leadership
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage competing priorities
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, Operations, and external suppliers
• Familiarity with global contracting practices and regional regulatory considerations
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 10% as business needs require

Qualifications

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 to $234,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
