Full Job Description
The Senior Manager, Consumer Communications is responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound communications across a portfolio of brands. This includes organic social media, influencer strategy, community management, consumer care, and earned media, as well as providing on-going thought leadership in the space.

This role develops and leads communication strategies that strengthen brand relevance, cultural connection, and consumer engagement, working closely with brand marketing, social, media, legal, and agency partners. The Senior Manager, Consumer Communications is highly collaborative, entrepreneurial, and executes with excellence while actively contributing to team culture and development.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and oversee all inbound and outbound communications across assigned brands, including organic social, influencer, community management, consumer care, and earned media.
  • Develop and execute social and communications strategies that align to broader brand and business priorities.
  • Drive start-to-finish accountability for communications initiatives-from strategy and briefing through execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Lead influencer strategy and activation, partnering with agencies and internal teams (without direct contract management).
  • Oversee community management and consumer care standards, ensuring timely, on-brand responses and clear reporting.
  • Guide earned media and thought-leadership efforts in partnership with PR and communications stakeholders.
  • Manage agency and partner relationships, including briefing, feedback, performance oversight, and budget stewardship.
  • Track performance across social, influencer, and earned media, using insights to optimize engagement and growth.
  • Support brand act planning and execution, ensuring communications are fully integrated and activated with excellence.
  • Manage and develop two direct reports, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team.

Qualifications, Education, & Experience:

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
