Applicants that meet qualifications will receive an invite with additional screening questions from our HireVue system!Under the direction of the Regional Director of Care Management, the senior manager provides leadership and strategic planning to operationalize standard care management services within the PHS AK Region and has responsibility for developing a coordinated approach to care management across the PHS AK continuum. The Senior Mgr is accountable for leading care management services and programs in assigned areas that ensure delivery of high quality service excellence and cost effective health care consistent with Providence Health and Services core values, goals, and objectives.
Required Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years Leadership experience in a complex health system.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field.
- Upon hire: Certification as an Accredited Case Manager from the American Case Management Association or Certified Case Manager from the Commission for Case Managers (Required within 12 months of hire)
- 3 years Leadership experience in case management.
