Responsibilities

Transformation Portfolio Leadership & Value Delivery

  • Lead the North America transformation portfolio to deliver measurable business impact (EBITA), strengthen financial performance, and enable transformational growth across the region.
  • Prioritize, sequence, and govern the portfolio to ensure resources, leadership attention, and execution focus are aligned to the highest-value initiatives.
  • Translate portfolio performance, value realization, risks, trade-offs, and decisions into clear executive-level insights and recommendations.

Governance, Risk Management & Executive Alignment

  • Establish and manage portfolio governance, including KPI tracking, benefit realization, milestone reviews, risk and issue escalation, and decision forums.
  • Create clear visibility to portfolio health, delivery risks, interdependencies, resource constraints, and leadership actions required to stay on track.
  • Partner with initiative owners to strengthen value cases, execution plans, milestones, ownership, and mitigation actions.

Transformation Integration & Influence

  • Serve as a senior business integration leader who connects transformation priorities across Supply Chain, Commercial, Metal Procurement, Operations, Finance, and plant teams.
  • Lead through influence by building alignment, accountability, and momentum across senior leaders, initiative owners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Bring executive presence and constructive challenge to transformation discussions by clarifying value, surfacing assumptions, resolving ambiguity, and focusing teams on the highest-impact actions.
  • Model enterprise leadership by connecting functional decisions to regional performance, customer outcomes, and long-term financial growth.

Performance Management & Decision Support

  • Lead the management routines that help the leadership team run the business, deliver monthly results, and sustain regional accountability.
  • Lead development of an executive dashboard that provides a clear view of regional performance, KPI trends, risks, opportunities, decisions, and actions.
  • Design and manage leadership meeting routines, including agendas, pre-reads, decision logs, action registers, follow-up cadence, and escalation pathways.
  • Improve meeting effectiveness by ensuring leadership forums are decision-oriented, insight-driven, and focused on follow-through.
  • Lead and develop a small team and support resources responsible for portfolio analytics, executive reporting, governance coordination, and value realization tracking, ensuring leaders have the insights and decision support needed to drive transformation outcomes.

Sustainability & Global Alignment

  • Partner closely with the global sustainability and Vision 3x30 teams and regional strategic projects counterparts to align priorities, messaging, and execution.
  • Lead internal reporting and commentary on Vision 3x30 / sustainability performance metrics and roadmap to targets in North America

Minimum Qualifications
