What You'll Do:- Ideate and produce social content series that resonate with the Ladder user, through speaking videos, coach content and member UGC
- Collaborate with our creative team, as well as your creators and coaches to craft campaigns that turn heads and generate buzz
- Optimize rollout strategies in socially native formats to maximize reach and impact-because every move counts.
- Stay ahead of trends, content formats, and platform shifts to keep Ladder leading the pack.
- Track community sentiment and manage inbox communications with finesse.
Requirements- Located in Austin, TX (We help with relocation)
- Legit, proven experience in a social media role with real results
- A deep understanding of social strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X)
- A sharp understanding of cultural trends and the ever-evolving social media landscape
- Ability to shoot and edit high-quality, mobile content
- A hunger for outside-the-box, viral marketing that breaks through the noise
- Top-tier organizational skills and an eye for detail
- A genuine passion for fitness and hands-on experience with strength training
