Full Job Description
The Role

So Good So You is looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Activation to help us build a brand people don't just buy, but genuinely want to be part of.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll help turn our broader brand vision into ideas, experiences, and moments that will make So Good So You more relevant in people's lives. You'll lead our work across social, creators and influencers, partnerships, experiential, community, and other ways we engage with consumers. Working closely with Brand and Creative, you'll take the broader brand strategy and priorities and turn them into strong plans across the areas you lead, then bring together the right internal team members and external partners to take those plans from idea through execution.

This role is for someone who has helped build modern, social-first brands and knows what makes people pay attention. You understand social deeply, have a strong point of view on what's interesting, and know how to turn instinct into ideas that are right for the brand. You'll set clear direction for your team and partners, help make the work better, and step into it yourself when needed.

We're growing quickly and have big ambitions for where So Good So You can go. We're looking for someone who wants to help us get there.

What You'll Do

  • Help build a brand people want to be part of, turning broader brand strategy into social, creator, influencers, partnerships, experiential, and community building programs that build awareness, relevance, and connection with consumers
  • Turn strategy into ideas people care about, developing plans, programs, and experiences that bring So Good So You to life, get people's attention, and give them a reason to talk about and share the brand
  • Build our community and grow the conversation around So Good So You, creating meaningful ways for people to discover us, connect with us, and feel part of what we're building
  • Find opportunities others might miss. Stay close to what's happening across social, creators, culture, and consumer behavior. Bring us the creator we should know, the partnership we should make, the place we should show up, the conversation we should join, or the idea we haven't thought of yet
  • Connect the work across the areas you lead, making sure social, creators, partnerships, community, and real-world experiences build on one another rather than becoming a collection of one-off tactics
  • Lead and develop your team, setting clear priorities and a high bar, giving meaningful feedback, creating accountability, and helping people grow
  • Bring together the right people to make the work happen, whether that's your team, an agency, a creator, a partner, a specialist, or you stepping in yourself. Give clear direction, keep the work moving, and hold everyone accountable for delivering
  • Know what's working and make it better, setting clear goals, learning from performance and consumer feedback, and using those learnings to make smarter decisions about what we do next

Who You Are

  • You know what makes a brand interesting. You're a strong storyteller with great instincts for the ideas, experiences, and details that make people pay attention and want to know more
  • Social is second nature to you. You know the platforms, creators, communities, trends, and conversations shaping how people discover and connect with brands and what they care about. You know what is gaining momentum and what actually has a place in the brand
  • You have strong judgment. You know being relevant isn't about chasing every trend. You can tell the difference between something that's right for the brand and something that's simply having a moment
  • You've helped build a brand people want to pay attention to. You can point to ideas, programs, partnerships, experiences, or communities that changed how people saw or engaged with a brand
  • You know how to turn direction into action. You can take a strategy or brief, figure out what it means for the areas you lead, and move the work forward
  • You think beyond the usual playbook. You look for what we could do differently, where we could show up unexpectedly, and what we haven't tried yet
  • You're a strong people leader and collaborator. You set a high bar, give clear feedback, bring out the best in your team, and partners
  • You create momentum. You bring ideas, take ownership, push work forward, and raise the bar along the way
  • You care about results. You want to know what worked, what didn't, and what we should do differently next time

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand activation, integrated marketing, social, influencer/creator, community, experiential, partnership, integrated, or consumer marketing, either brand-side or agency-side, ideally working with consumer brands
  • A track record of building modern, social-first consumer brands, with examples of work that drove attention, conversation, engagement, and brand relevance
  • Significant experience with social media and a strong understanding of social platforms, creators, trends, communities, and how brands earn attention
  • Experience working across multiple areas such as social, influencer/creator, partnerships, experiential, and community, with a strong understanding of how they can work together
  • Experience taking a brand strategy or brief, turning it into a clear plan, and leading the work from idea through execution
  • Experience managing and developing people, as well as leading agencies, contractors, creators, and other external partners
  • Strong creative judgment and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain an idea, give direction, and bring people along
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
