What will you do?We are expanding our Intelligence Origination team into the US. This team is responsible for sourcing proprietary, off-record insights on live private equity related transactions. You'll join the team as an M&A reporter covering US M&A activity, responsible for producing news-style reporting and intelligence on live transactions for a global professional audience.
Your mission is to cultivate a trusted network of off-record sources - including investment bankers, private equity sponsors, advisors, consultants, lenders, and lawyers - and extract proprietary intelligence on live deals. You will report on market insights and translate them into news updates using AI-assisted editorial workflows, based on your source reporting and verification activities.
