Why This Role MattersAs our Senior Learning Developer, you will create and evolve learning programs that help employees, partners, and customers build knowledge and proficiency across Duck Creek products. You will partner with subject matter experts, the Instructional Design/Learning team, Duck Creek University, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and product needs into effective learning experiences. This is an opportunity to shape high-quality product education while improving how learning content is developed, delivered, and maintained at scale.
What You'll do- Design and develop product training curricula across instructor-led, virtual, web-based, and other digital learning formats.
- Partner with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to translate product and business needs into clear, accurate, and effective learning content.
- Create interactive tutorials, course modules, certification materials, simulations, knowledge checks, and assessments using online learning development tools.
- Test, evaluate, and maintain learning materials to support technical accuracy, instructional quality, and alignment with current learning standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve curricula, development processes, tools, and learning delivery while sharing expertise and best practices across the team.
What You've Done- Strong applied knowledge of instructional design and learning principles, practices, processes, tools, and standards.
- Demonstrated experience developing learning solutions, curricula, digital learning modules, certification materials, or comparable educational content across multiple delivery formats.
- Experience partnering with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate complex information and business needs into clear learning requirements and deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver work of moderate to high complexity within a software, SaaS, technology, insurance technology, or comparable business environment.
- Experience using online learning development tools to create engaging and interactive learning experiences, including assessments and knowledge checks.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning, prioritization, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in instructional design, learning, or a closely related discipline.

Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of the job location.
Compensation: The expected salary range for candidates living in the San Francisco/Bay Area is
$75,000 - $107,200. Actual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location, where permitted by law.
This position is also eligible for annual bonus compensation, subject to plan terms and individual eligibility.
Final compensation will be determined based on the factors outlined above and in accordance with applicable law.
