  • Conduct needs assessments and align program deliverables, priorities, and resources with business objectives and broader People Team initiatives
  • Extend learning beyond the classroom through practice, reflection, peer connection, manager accountability, real-work application, and sustained reinforcement; drive participation and enable partner teams to embed leadership development into existing experiences
  • Establish and execute a practical measurement approach spanning participation, completion, learner experience, application, behavior change, talent readiness, and relevant business indicators; analyze data and communicate recommendations
  • Orchestrate concurrent projects and stakeholder relationships by clarifying ownership, timelines, resources, risks, constraints, dependencies, and change-management impacts to drive priority-based decisions
  • Partner with IT and People Team stakeholders to co-build, evaluate, and responsibly scale AI-supported coaching, just-in-time practice, and other technology-enabled development experiences for diverse audiences
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Adept at conducting needs assessments and analyzing data to identify development priorities, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellence in learner experience, instructional, and program design across live, virtual, hybrid, on-demand, self-paced, peer-learning, and applied-practice formats
  • Expert facilitation skills and deep subject matter expertise deep in leadership development and core leadership and management capabilities

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and project management skills, with a track record of delivering multiple concurrent initiatives on time and within scope
  • Strong ability to influence without authority, lead cross-functional work, engage senior stakeholders, and deliver pragmatic solutions in a fast-paced technology environment
PREFERRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
