Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Administrating, supporting, and continuously improving KLA's Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps, and Enterprise AI platforms that enable engineering teams worldwide.

  • Providing technical leadership for a diverse portfolio of solutions, including AI-powered developer tools, source code management, artifact management, CI/CD, and software quality platforms

  • Partnering closely with Engineering, Cybersecurity, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable services.

  • Play an integral part of Engineering productivity and software development workflows, this position will play a key role in supporting the rapid growth of AI platforms, onboarding users, evaluating emerging technologies, and driving automation initiatives that enhance the developer experience across KLA.

PreferredQualifications:
  • Experiencesupporting AI governance, AI FinOps, usage analytics, consumption reporting, and enterprise AI adoption programs.

  • Experiencewith developer productivity metrics, dashboarding, and business intelligence platforms.

  • Knowledgeof software licensing, vendor management, contract negotiations, and enterprise procurement processes for engineering tools.

  • Experiencesupporting global engineering organizations in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-technology industries.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor'sor Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Eight (8) yearsof experience administering and supporting enterprise Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps, Software Development, or Engineering Productivity platforms.

  • Strong hands-on experience with one or more sourcecode management, work item management, artifact repository, CI/CD, and software quality platforms such as Jira, Atlassian Cloud, IBM EWM/RTC, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, Artifactory, Xray, JFrog Curation, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Mend.

  • Experience deploying, administering,or supporting enterprise AI-powered software development platforms and coding assistants, including GitHub Copilot, Devin, Augment Code, Claude Code, Windsurf, and emerging AI engineering productivity solutions.

  • Workingknowledge of software development lifecycles, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, source control, package management, software supply chain security, and developer experience initiatives.

  • Experiencesupporting large-scale enterprise engineering environments with thousands of users across multiple geographic regions.

  • Familiaritywith software composition analysis (SCA), application security testing, software supply chain management, and compliance initiatives, including tools such as Mend, Checkmarx, Snyk, and related security platforms.

  • Experienceevaluating and onboarding new technologies through proof-of-concept (POC) activities, vendor engagements, and enterprise-scale rollouts.

  • Strongscripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, or similar technologies to improve operational efficiency and enable self-service capabilities.

  • Experienceworking with cloud platforms and SaaS applications, including SaaS migrations, identity management, SSO, and enterprise integrations.

  • Stronganalytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical environments and resolve critical production issues.

  • Provenability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, PMO, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors.

  • Experienceleading strategic initiatives, technology roadmaps, platform upgrades, cloud migrations, and enterprise modernization efforts.

Base Pay Range: $137,800.00 - $234,300.00 Annually
