How You'll Make an ImpactAs a Senior Lead, Solutions Strategist, you operate as one of Epsilon's most experienced and trusted pre-sales solution experts, partnering with Sales, Growth, Account Management, and executive client stakeholders to shape enterprise opportunities from discovery through contract execution.
You are responsible for leading strategic solution design for Epsilon's most important growth opportunities, helping clients navigate increasingly complex marketing, data, technology, media, identity, and measurement decisions. You possess deep commercial acumen and the ability to translate business challenges into compelling, outcome-driven solutions that differentiate Epsilon in competitive situations.
You understand how enterprise buying decisions are made, how to uncover the true business drivers behind opportunities, and how to orchestrate internal stakeholders to create solutions that are innovative, achievable, and commercially sound.
You bring a sophisticated understanding of Epsilon's capabilities across identity and data assets, customer data platforms and data collaboration, digital media activation, measurement and attribution, retail media and clean room strategies, privacy-first marketing approaches, and AI-driven marketing transformation.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll AchieveStrategic Solution Leadership- Lead solution strategy for complex new business, expansion, renewal, and transformation opportunities.
- Conduct executive-level discovery sessions to identify client objectives, constraints, decision criteria, and business challenges.
- Translate client needs into differentiated and executable solution strategies aligned to measurable business outcomes.
- Build and present compelling solution narratives that resonate with executive collaborators and economic buyers.
Opportunity & Pursuit Leadership- Partner with Sales and Growth leaders to shape pursuit strategy and competitive positioning.
- Identify risks, assumptions, dependencies, and implementation considerations early in the sales cycle.
- Drive alignment across Product, Delivery, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Support high-value RFPs, strategic pitches, workshops, and executive presentations.
- Facilitate solution reviews and ensure proposals are commercially viable and operationally executable.
- Position Epsilon against known competitors and flag product gaps with a workaround or clear requirement back to Product.
Cross-Functional Influence- Act as the connective tissue between client needs and internal capabilities.
- Bring together collaborators across multiple product lines to create integrated solutions.
- Help drive consistency in solution design, discovery methodology, proposal development, and client engagement practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and issue point for complex solutioning challenges.
Innovation & Market Leadership- Stay current on evolving trends in MarTech, AdTech, identity, media, attribution, AI, privacy regulations, and data collaboration.
- Bring market insights and competitive intelligence into pursuit strategy.
- Help define solution frameworks and reusable approaches that improve win rates and scalability.
- Contribute to thought leadership both internally and externally.
Practice Development- Contribute to the evolution of solutioning methodologies, discovery frameworks, and standards.
- Share lessons learned across pursuits to continuously strengthen the Solutions organization.
- Help establish standards for solution integrity, documentation, and assumptions governance.
QualificationsWho You AreWhat you'll bring with you:- 10-12+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, Management Consulting, Digital Strategy, or a related enterprise-facing rigor.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder solutioning engagements.
- Demonstrated success supporting large enterprise sales pursuits and strategic client relationships.
- Strong expertise across marketing technology, advertising technology, data, media, analytics, and customer engagement ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of modern identity solutions, first-party data strategies, clean rooms, measurement methodologies, and privacy regulations.
- Exceptional discovery, facilitation, presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and influencing decisions without direct authority.
- Ability to balance client needs, commercial objectives, and delivery realities.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Epsilon benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms.
Compensation Range: USD $128,000.00 - USD $192,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
