Senior Kore.ai Developer / Conversational AI Engineer (FTE) to join our team in

Job Description - Senior Kore.ai Developer / Conversational AI EngineerDay to Day Job Duties:(What this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
- Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support enterprise conversational AI and chatbot solutions using the Kore.ai platform.
- Develop conversational experiences using Kore.ai XO Platform capabilities, including Dialog Tasks, FAQ Skills, Knowledge AI, Search Skills, and Small Talk.
- Design and implement conversational flows using NLP/NLU concepts, intent modeling, entity extraction, context management, and conversation-design principles.
- Develop custom integrations and application logic using JavaScript, Node.js, JSON, REST APIs, and web services.
- Integrate Kore.ai conversational solutions with enterprise platforms and applications such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure services.
- Configure and support authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Develop and support conversational AI solutions deployed in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Troubleshoot chatbot, integration, API, authentication, NLP/NLU, and production-related issues and implement appropriate resolutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, developers, and application teams to understand conversational AI requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production-support activities.
- Develop reusable components, integrations, and conversational patterns to improve scalability and consistency across enterprise chatbot solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, defect resolution, performance optimization, and platform enhancement activities.
- Follow Agile development practices and participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Use Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices to manage source code, application builds, testing, and deployments.
- Support integration of Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or related AI capabilities where applicable.
- Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, integration specifications, and operational support documentation.
Basic Qualifications:- Minimum 5+ years of overall IT experience, including hands-on experience developing solutions using the Kore.ai platform.
- Minimum 5+ years of Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise conversational AI and chatbot solutions.
- Minimum 5+ years of Experience with the Kore.ai XO Platform, including Dialog Tasks, FAQ Skills, Knowledge AI, Search Skills, and Small Talk.
- Minimum 5+ years of Strong understanding of NLP/NLU concepts, including intent modeling, entity extraction, conversational flows, and conversation design.
- Minimum 5+ years of Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, JSON, REST APIs, and web-service integrations.
- Minimum 5+ years of Experience integrating Kore.ai solutions with enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and/or Microsoft Azure services.
- Minimum 5+ years of Experience implementing authentication and identity-management mechanisms including OAuth, SSO, SAML, and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Minimum 5+ years of Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Minimum 5+ years of Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile software-development methodologies.
- Minimum 5+ years of Experience troubleshooting conversational AI applications, integrations, APIs, authentication, and production issues.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architecture teams, developers, product teams, and other cross-functional technology teams.

Nice to Have:(But not a must)
- Experience with Generative AI solutions, including Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based architectures.
- Experience integrating enterprise conversational AI solutions with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI services.
- Kore.ai Developer Certification.
- Microsoft Azure AI, Cloud, or related technical certifications.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise AI and automation initiatives.
- Experience developing reusable conversational AI frameworks, components, and integration patterns.
