RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in aligning business processes and technology infrastructures to optimize information sharing and support analytic production needs across the organization.
Leverage centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to improve workflow efficiency and knowledge management practices.
Compile and analyze reports on system performance and usage, and identify future requirements for knowledge management capabilities, focusing on search, discovery, data storage and retrieval, and support for formal production and task tracking.
Disseminate intelligence products efficiently and securely across a variety of networks and enterprise portals, ensuring timely access for all authorized users.
Perform configuration, administration, and advanced development of SharePoint, Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence), and other content management systems, supporting all phases of the content management lifecycle.
Develop, stage, test, and host selected custom SharePoint solutions to meet unique mission requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience supporting IC or cyber-focused mission environments.
Prior participation in Knowledge Management (KM) working groups or governance bodies within DoD or Intelligence Community environments.
Familiarity with Joint operations and multi-domain mission support.
Deep experience implementing KM tools, conducting process improvement initiatives, or participating in digital transformation efforts.
Possess expert-level knowledge of DoD 5015.2 records management standards and KM strategy development.
Prior participation within USCYBERCOM KM Working Groups or governance bodies.
Experience implementing knowledge-capture processes for lessons learned, TTPs, and best-practice libraries.
Knowledge of data-lifecycle management and cross-domain information-sharing solutions.
Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills.
